Our client:
RAFA Distributors, was established in 2017 by Rashaad who is the sole decision-maker. RAFA Distributors is a factory that sells firelighters and manufactures briquettes, commonly known as charcoal. The briquettes are made by Namibian dust ensuring the quality of the product.
The company's mission is to offer an affordable alternative in the rapidly growing briquette market, driven by the popularity of the Braai tradition.
All business processes are fully paper-based and the owner handles all managerial and administrative tasks on his own.
DAMAT's main goal is to increase business efficiency by turning their current system into an online ecommerce and inventory management system
The system will allow for efficient ecommerce, inventory management, delivery management etc.
